Juno Minerals is a wholly owned subsidiary of Uran Limited (ASX:URA).  Juno was incorporated in March 2008 to take advantage of non-uranium opportunities presented to Uran.

Juno's initial focus is on tungsten, with the acquisition of the Finley Basin Project in Montana and the Victor Project in California.
